Check it out RPG FAN yourself -- they have a LOT of variety for Fan Art, not just Star Wars. At THE FORCE.NET you can find more info as well http://fanart.theforce.net/ -- they can accept one submission at a time. Don't forget to check out the link to http://galactic-voyage.com/Featured%20Artists.htm at GALACTIC VOYAGE as well (see the link below this one): they were the first to accept my posters onto their website.
Aside from magazines, TV and movies, miniatures, painted models/figurines, and sketches and descriptions of my friends’ preferences for their characters, here are some sources I used to get ideas for my creatures. Sometimes I took the ideas right from a book and modified it slightly, or I would take a movie star and alter his or her features slightly. I also used images from other sources such as MAGIC (there is a character that I used straight from a brochure for The Gathering Trading Card Game back in APRIL 2000). D’Kullia I based from Angelina Jolie; Aria is sort of a mix between Sandra Bullock and Julia Roberts; Umi is inspired by Halley Berry. Other characters look vaguely like my friends or family members. I wrote a few of the source books I perused when setting up my work: I am sure there are more, and of course I am only mentioning the ones below for the art of the 4 Posters I sent you, as there is other art and other sources I have used.
